A Local church here in Lowell received some flooding after some heavy rains. With standing water throughout the whole building SERVPRO of Lowell was called in for an emergency extraction. When winter comes, snow starts pilling up on the roof tops, and them melts in the warmth of the sun. When this occurs it create's ice dams thats form on any type of home or building and can cause damage to the inside and out side of homes like this one above. Here the ceiling started to seperate due to the snow melting and leaking through the roof to the inside of the home. We went into the home and dried all the dmaged areas getting it in enogh time that mold was not present.

As seen in the picture the window has significant damage to the wall and  fram eof the window due to Ice Dam's on the side of the house. The Dams had caused water to seep throug the exterior of the local residential home causing there to be paint lifting and mold damage.
