A property manager contacted us for a sewer back up in a basement laundry room. Our team arrived and found 2’’ of standing water and waste throughout the entire basement. We pumped, extracted and dried the VCT flooring. The sewage seeped between the joints loosen and lifting the VCT flooring.

As required by (Mass DEP) asbestos regulations at 310 CMR 7.15. The flooring was tested came back positive our abatement company removed the asbestos flooring our team replaced the flooring.
