Commercial Fire Restoration

We received call from a Nursing Home after a small fire in the kitchen prep area. The carpet in the corridor adjacent to the kitchen was affected by traveling in/out of the affected area. Since no direct affect from the fire and the carpet was continuous throughout the floor the Insurance carrier suggested saving the carpet. The carpet cleaning was a multi step cleaning process: Step # 1 Hepa vacuuming Step # 2 Encapsulate Step #3 2^nd Hepa vacuum. Although, our first attempt showed good results and the carrier was satisfied. The client expecting better results requested a second cleaning.  Upon completion of the re cleaning was successful.  Another satisfied client!
