When you need a restoration company that won't quit!

SERVPRO of Lowell was hired to remove the soot from the building exterior .The fire and the smoke billowed from the soffit and eaves discoloring the brick. This was a daunting task most days the temperature never rose above 23 degrees outside. The contractor required all smoke/soot be removed prior to repairing the roof and soffit.

Several methods were utilized media blasting and a waterless masonry cleaner. Although, the masonry cleaner worked it was a slow process, the exterior temperature was a huge factor. We decided to continue with the media blasting. The contractor was astonished with results; they hired us to media blast the exterior framing once they complete roof repairs.
