Daily Monitoring reduces dry time!

A Lowell business suffered serious water damage SERVPRO of Lowell attempted in place drying. On day 2 of drying no progress was made. We met the adjuster on site to discuss our drying plan. She was in agreement; we worked around the clock moving and staging desks, file cabinets, furniture, etc…. and removing the base cove and venting the walls. When the bldg. management arrived Monday they found the walls removed and the opening covered with poly, as the employees arrived they were met with minimal disruption.
