Flood damage

This is a first floor apartment that had been flooded with about 2 inces of water after a water heater had burst. if you look closely you can see the wood flooring has ripples from taking in water and the wall have a clear water line going across. Our team went in and did an emergency water distraction and drying process. once the affected areas had been dried our team began ripping up the damaged flooring. What would take an unexperienced person months to do took our team only 10 days to complete and allowed the family to be back in there home in a timely manner.
