Hidden Bacteria

This older property had and odor issue another restoration company attempted remediation with chemicals and fogging to neutralize the odor. Several weeks later the odor was back. They were unsuccessful as the source was never removed. The company only remediated the visual issues.

The property had wood paneling in the entry as seen from the visual inspection the paneling looks clean. Our trained professional conducted a thorough evaluation with a high intensity black light exposing bacteria along the paneling and base board. Once the effected materials were removed the source was uncovered and remediated.
