When Storms Strike Call SERVPRO of Lowell

SERVPRO of Lowell was called to a sprinkler freeze up on the 1^st floor of the bar restaurant.  Several sprinklers froze and burst over the week end while some renovations were in progress. The contractor after noting his crew didn’t secure the door allowing the cold in accepted responsibility for the damage.    He informed us that the damage was contained to the 1^st Fl. A quick inspection of the basement bar confirmed the damage had affected the entire building.

 On day 2 during monitoring, we noted additional water stains in the basement bar area. Upon inspection above the bar ceiling tiles we noticed a double drywall ceiling above. The ceiling tiles were removed and part of the drywall ceiling was removed. The contractor, although paying for the damage was grateful we did a thorough job.
