SERVPRO of Lowell goes to school in Reading

SERVPRO of Lowell was hired to remove the soot from the schools exterior. The fire and the smoke billowed from the soffit and eaves discoloring the brick and lime stone. This was a daunting task most days the temperature never rose above 23 degrees outside. The contractor required all smoke/soot be removed prior to repairing the roof and soffit.

The only affective method utilized media blasting due to the weather the masonry cleaning was not affective. We decided to continue with the media blasting. The contractor was astonished with results; they hired us to media blast the interior framing once they complete roof repairs.
